Hello, I am Lisa. I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field working with adults, adolescents, geriatrics, crisis, case management, and even forensics. I have worked in many different settings which has opened my eyes to the fact that therapy isn’t always done in the office only. I hope to use this experience to help those looking for my approach to therapy.

I’m a New York native who has had the opportunity to travel, and live, all over the country, but I always return to NY. I grew up in the Adirondacks and I love getting out in nature and taking photographs. That is my happy place. Let’s find yours.
